Casino amenities feature entertainment and food & beverage space including the Ram’s Head concert venue and multiple restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. The 1,780,000 SF casino and parking complex features 330,000 SF of gaming area that includes 4,300 slots machines, 120 table games, and 10,000 SF poker room with 52 tables on two levels. TNW joint-ventured with Commercial Construction, a minority business enterprise (MBE) based in Hanover, MD, for whom this was their first gaming industry project. This was TN Ward Company’s first casino project in Maryland and was one of the most challenging due to the 13-month construction completion schedule coupled with the casino/garage structure being constructed within the Arundel Mills shopping mall adjacent to the mall’s food court area.
